Rather than relying on generic knee pain exercises such as endless glute bridges or crab walks, SOMA focuses on how you move. Knee pain is often linked to excessive joint stress and overload driven by biomechanics and movement patterns—such as limited hip or ankle mobility, poor pelvic or trunk control, altered foot mechanics, or inefficient movement strategies developed over time.
