SOMA Train - £310 per 4 week training block
Initial consultation & movement assessment
A structured first session to understand how you move, train, and load your body. This session sets the direction for your coaching and progression.
Weekly sessions
Each week, you’ll get a 60-minute focused training session to help you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. Sessions can be done in your home in person or online — whatever suits your schedule.
Personalised coaching approach
Sessions are adapted to your goals, training history, current capacity, and any pain or pelvic health considerations — with an emphasis on long-term, sustainable progress.
Simple, repeatable training programme
1 x weekly (self-led) training session delivered via the TrainHeroic app, designed to be repeated as often as you like between sessions.
In-session coaching & technical feedback
Coaching, cueing, and adjustments are provided within your scheduled sessions to support confident, effective movement.
Practical message support
Access to messaging for questions related to your training or programme between sessions.

SOMA Troubleshoot Session - £150
A one-off session where we will trouble shoot your symptoms/problems.We will do a detailed physical assessment and consultation and look at your movement patterns to understand what are the potential causes of your pain / dysfunction and discuss what are the things that you need to focus on. You will receive a detailed consultation report after our session.

Private 1-1 exercise coaching
SOMA’s private 1-1 coaching supports women who want to move and train with greater confidence — including those navigating pain, pelvic health considerations, or changes in how their body feels and functions.
You can choose between SOMA Guide (twice-monthly sessions) or SOMA Train (weekly sessions), depending on how much in-person or live support you prefer.
This is a coaching-led approach, not a treatment model. Sessions focus on developing strength, movement capacity, and understanding of your body, while intelligently adapting training to your current symptoms, history, and needs.
Clients are guided through personalised 1-1 sessions alongside simple, repeatable training programmes delivered online. This structure supports consistency between sessions and encourages progress through practice — rather than constant correction.

Each coaching option includes personalised 1-1 sessions alongside 1 x repeatable weekly training s completed independently between sessions. Programming is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, providing clear guidance, progress tracking, and a consistent framework to support learning through practice.
1-1 sessions offer dedicated time to train, refine movement, review progress, and make appropriate adjustments. Coaching focuses on developing strength, coordination, and confidence in how you move — rather than constant correction or over-intervention.
Clients can choose between different levels of 1-1 session frequency depending on how much live coaching support they prefer.
