This is not a quick fix. It’s a guided process designed to build understanding, capacity, and long-term confidence in how you move — so you’re no longer dependent on being “checked” or corrected.

Comprehensive consultation & movement assessment
A spacious initial assessment to understand how you move, load, breathe, and organise your body. You’ll receive a written summary outlining key observations, priorities, and the initial direction for your mentorship.

Extended 1-1 coaching sessions

  • Two 90-minute 1-1 sessions in the first month to establish clarity, foundations, and direction

  • One 90-minute 1-1 session per month for the remaining five months

These sessions allow time for education, reflection, and deeper integration — not just training.

Weekly async coaching check-ins
Regular, structured check-ins via message or video to review progress, answer questions, adjust training, and interpret symptoms as they arise.

Personalised, evolving training plan
A self-led training programme delivered online, designed around your schedule and capacity. Sessions are intentionally simple, repeatable, and evolve over time as your body adapts.

Flexible weekly structure
Your programme may include a mix of shorter and longer sessions (for example: one short session and two longer sessions), allowing consistency even when life is busy.

Ongoing feedback & support
You’ll have access to message or video feedback throughout the mentorship, ensuring you’re supported between sessions and not left second-guessing your progress.

Exclusive SOMA instructional videos
Your training plan will include SOMA-specific videos to support technique, understanding, and independent practice.
