1:1 Coaching — In-Person or Online
Based in Berkhamsted, UK, SOMA offers flexible coaching options to suit your lifestyle: local in-person sessions, either at your home or at Carmenta Life, Wellness Centre, or online coaching for those further afield.
Whether you’re dealing with unresolved back, hip or knee pain, pelvic floor dysfunction (leaking, pelvic organ prolapse) weakened core, diastasis recti, or simply want to feel stronger, move better, and regain confidence in your body, SOMA has a personalised coaching option to support you every step of the way.

Postpartum & Beyond — Exercise and Rehabilitation for Women
No woman is exempt from rehabilitation and focused movement, strength, and mobility training after pregnancy — and beyond. Postpartum exercise programmes should not just build fitness, but also educate women on managing core and pelvic floor load, while integrating whole-body stability, strength, and mobility training.
At SOMA, you can get exercise-ready with self-led online programmes designed specifically for postpartum women:
5-Week Postpartum Exercise Essentials – rebuild core strength, pelvic floor control, and overall mobility
12-Week Return to Running Programme – safely regain strength, stamina, and confidence for running
Both programmes are tailored to help women move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies after pregnancy.

Group Training Course
The movement revolution is a 10-week in-person movement course designed to change how you think about movement, posture, pain, strength and mobility - it is guaranteed to get you reconnected with your core and pelvic floor, mobilise stiff necks/backs/hips, improve muscle balance, instill efficient and mechanical movement patterns and help you alleviate those niggly unresolved aches and pains. All in-person group sessions are held in Berkhamsted.
