As a female - whether you are pregnant, postpartum or living life as a busy mum, carving time out for your own exercise and movement health, whilst it's essential can be difficult.

SOMA offers a variety of training options to help you on your journey to moving better and feeling wonderful. Whether you like to train on your own and in your own time or you like to be part of a group or you need 1-1 personal training then SOMA has a training option for you. 

1-1 In-person / online coaching

Based in Berkhamsted, UK, SOMA can offer local in-person coaching (conveniently in your home or at Carmenta Life, Wellness Centre) or online coaching for people further afield. Whether you have unresolved chronic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, leaking, weakened core, diastasis recti, or simply want to feel strong, mobile and move and feel better then SOMA is here to with a coaching option to support you every step of the way.

Self-led postpartum exercise programmes

No female is exempt from rehabilitation and focused movement, strength and mobility training post pregnancy & beyond. Postpartum exercise training programmes need to train and educate females on how to manage core and pelvic floor load whilst integrating whole body stability, strength and mobility training.

Get yourself exercise ready with SOMA's self-led online training programmes. Choose from a 5-week postpartum exercise essentials programme and a 12-week return to running programme for females postpartum & beyond.

Group Training Course

The movement revolution is a 10-week in-person movement course designed to change how you think about movement, posture, pain, strength and mobility - it is guaranteed to get you reconnected with your core and pelvic floor, mobilise stiff necks/backs/hips, improve muscle balance, instill efficient and mechanical movement patterns and help you alleviate those niggly unresolved aches and pains. All in-person group sessions are held in Berkhamsted.
