I collaborated with Niamh for over a year whilst working towards the London Marathon which i recently completed within my desired time and without any discomfort. The training was tailored to address my specific challenges. The workouts were demanding yet feasible, yielding prompt resutls. I regained core strength, alleviated knee pain and even corrected a bothersome bunion that had shifted back into place, which was astonishing.

Movement Revolution Course Participant
The Movement Revolution Course was different to anything I had done before and perfect to help me recover after the birth of my 6-month old. In other courses I have found that quite common exercises such as lunges were painful for me and despite my best efforts I didn't seem to be doing them right anyway. Niamh's course teaches you to use your body in a very focused and functional way, always engaging the core and pelvic floor, which is just what i needed.

Niamh has been absolutely brilliant helping my get my bladder control back on track. I had previously sought help from a couple of different specialist physiotherapists but found their exercises too demanding to fit into my daily routine. I also found it difficult to locate my pelvic floor muscles in the first place so i was never sure if I was doing the exercises correctly. Niamhs approach is completely different. As the sessions progressed I developed an understanding of where the pelvic floor muscles sit and how Niamhs exercises enable you to engage and strengthen them. I never find the exercises boring and continue to gain a deeper appreciation of their workings.
