SOMA's 1-1 individualised coaching packages will be sure to lead you on a journey of transformational physical training that will benefit you for life. 

Each coaching package provides 1-1 training plus an individualised training plan that will ensure consistency and get you feeling functional, strong, mobile, confident and pain free. Whether it is a desire to rehabilitate and train your core and pelvic floor, get to grips with ongoing and unresolved chronic pain, improve posture and/or improve your whole body strength, stability and optimal movement patterns SOMA's 1-1 coaching packages will be sure to take you on a exercise journey like no other!

Individualised Training packages

SOMA is passionate about providing you with the exercise training you need. SOMA's training packages provides female specific and individualised training with lots of flexibility. Depending on your budget and lifestyle you can choose how much 1-1 time you would like and how much online (video-led) training you would be interested in doing. 

Niamh believes that consistency is of primary importance when trying to make any physical gains; whether that's working through pain or looking to improve physical strength, mobility and performance. SOMA will train you using a wide variety of strength and conditioning, mobility, and innovative postural and pilates type core exercise.  

However, Niamh knows first hand how hard it can be to find the time to incorportate consistent physical training into busy lives. SOMA's three training packages provide individualised training with flexibility. Each package includes 1-1 training and a weekly online training plan that is carried out in your own time. In consultation with Niamh, your frequency of 1-1 support and online training can be programmed based around your needs and time available. Your online training programme is displayed on the intuitive and interactive TrainHeroic app and Niamh is notified when you have completed a session and if you have any questions or videos that need reviewing.

The 1-1 sessions provide opportunity to train with Niamh, tweak exercises, assess progress and provide further technical detail. The entire process ensures that you are progressing and gaining function and strength in all the right areas.

  • Two 1-1 sessions every 4 weeks

  • Unlimited communication and feedback
  • £200 per month (plus £50 set up fee)
  • Minimum training period - 4 weeks.

A one-off session where we will trouble shoot your symptoms/problems.We will do a detailed physical assessment and consultation and look at your movement patterns to understand what are the potential causes of your pain / dysfunction and discuss what are the things that you need to focus on. You will receive a detailed consultation report after our session. 

1.5 hours - £90 (plus £50 off your first month of training if you want more!)
